From setting my appointment to my exam all the way to picking out my frames Angel helped every step of the way. She was very friendly & understood my needs. I just love the above and beyond service Texas State Optical in Kyle gives to there Patients, with the yearly check up. I know we have busy lives and knowing they care about there patients, they give calls and texts when to follow up. I was greatly appreciative when “Angel” called me to help set up an appointment for the yearly check up. So when I showed up it was as easy to walk in and walk out. Very friendly staff! They are prompt and get you in and out, while at the same time being thorough. Dr. Yaseen is very good and takes time to understand and answer any questions you may have! Great location!

Our experience as a family was wonderful. The nurse that assisted us as well as Dr. Waqar were kind and easy to speak to and worked so well with our son who had his first official eye exam. Robyn assisted with the prescription and went above and beyond the customer service level experience getting us the best deal possible. She was very attentive, kind, responsive and determined to support us and that made the experience even better. TSO Kyle has our business from here on out.
